- First signature: $10.00

- Each additional signature: $1.00

**Jurats**

- First signature: $10.00

- Each additional signature: $1.00

**Certified Copies**

- Each certificate: $10.00

**Protest**

- Each bill or note: $4.00

- Each notice served: $1.00

- Certificates and seal: $4.00

**Depositions**

- Certificate and oath: $10.00

- Per 100 words: $0.50

**All Other Notarial Acts**

- $10.00 per act

**Mobile Services**

- Travel charge of $1.00 per mile will be applied in addition to the above fees

Escrow and Real Estate Closings

**Standard Loan Signing:** $125.00

- Includes first 25 miles of travel

- $1.00 per mile for distances beyond 25 miles

**Additional Related Loan Closings:** $35.00 per closing

**Document Printing Services:**

- Up to 200 pages: $20.00

- Additional pages: $0.25 per page exceeding the 200-page limit

**Fax Services:**

- Up to 15 pages: $20.00

- Additional pages: $0.20 per page exceeding the 15-page limit

- Reverse Mortgage Signing and Loan Application Amortizations: $125

- Cancelation Fee: $40 (applies when canceled with less than two hours' notice)
