Dr.Brandy M Jones
My Story
Dr. Brandy Jones, renowned as "A Voice for Everyone," demonstrates an unwavering dedication to advocating for underserved communities. A proud mother of two adult children and two bonus daughters, she maintains a diverse family that includes various pets and farm animals, including a Solomon Island Ground Boa, Blood Python ,Great Danes, chickens, and goats and many more . Her passions extend to advocacy, farming, artistic pursuits, and literature.
As the founder of multiple organizations, including Healing 4 Autism Nonprofit and Prominent Consulting Group L.L.C., Dr. Jones brings over 19 years of experience in political advocacy. Her educational career includes teaching positions in Farmers Branch and Dallas Independent School Districts, as well as developing specialized curriculum for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Denton County, Texas.
Dr. Jones's academic achievements include degrees in Criminal Justice (Associate's and Bachelor's), Public Administration (Master's with Urban Planning minor), and Business Administration (Doctorate with Governmental Policy /Leadership minor). Her research publication in PROQUEST addresses Crisis Management Strategies For Small Businesses During Unexpected Events.
Her extensive community service spans a decade on the Environmental Advisory Board, six years on the Policy Council for Children and Families Board, and service as the Legal Redress Chair of the NAACP. Dr. Jones maintains active membership in the University of Texas-Arlington Trailblazer Alumni Association and the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated.
In 2018, she campaigned for Denton County Commissioner for Precinct 2, continuing her advocacy for women's rights and individuals with disabilities. Dr. Jones lives by her philosophy that "One is too small of a number to achieve greatness, but with unity we can accomplish a multitude of greatness," exemplifying this through her ongoing commitment to community empowerment.
