Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Domestic Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Shipping Rates
Domestic shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For orders over $75, we offer free standard shipping within the continental United States.
International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country, weight, and package dimensions. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. Please contact customer service for specific shipping inquiries.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international shipments, may extend delivery times. We appreciate your understanding should such delays occur.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For packages that are lost in transit, please allow the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting our customer service team.
